I found my new favorite snacks. This morning I went to Chick-Fil-A to pick up breakfast and discovered that they have Diet Lemonade! It's so good...I love it. Peanut Butter Crackers have now become my afternoon snack. I keep them in my desk so when I am "reaching the danger zone", as Amanda E. so eloquently put it, I can grab them in 2 seconds. I can't believe this, but yes, I am still getting sick. It's nuts. The past 2-3 days have been a lot better though. It must be a girl though. This is a completely different pregnancy and it's already high-maintenance. Jackson was nothing like this. To be completely honest and vulnerable, it's been hard for me to be excited. I know, that sounds terrible, but it's true. It wasn't until this weekend when I got a gift from someone that I got really excited. I thought, "Wow, this is actually happening. Okay, cool. Yay...".
God has been speaking to me a lot during this time though. Everyday I am reminded of how much I need Him in my life. It can be so hard to even want to get up and read my Bible or journal. It's been very few times that I have..........if we are being honest here. :) But the times that I have are amazingly eye opening and fruitful.
"Take my fret, take my fear. All I have, I'm leaving here. Be all my hopes, be all my dreams, be my delight, be my everything. I will worship You Lord. Only You Lord."

4 Years Today!

Today marks 4 years for Jason and I. On this very day we were getting married and celebrating with friends and family right about now. We had such a great wedding. I remember our prayer being that people would see the love of God in us and in our ceremony. We had so many non-believers comment on how they saw God in a different way that day. It was pretty cool. To end the night, we had a great reception filled with dancing, food and fun.
Happy Anniversary Jason! You are the love of my life. Thank you for the memories, for your zeal and passion for the Lord, for being a leader in my life, for loving me, for being the father of our children and for taking me to Chick-Fil-A when I know you don't like going there. :)

Baby News
I had my 12 week check up on Monday. Everything looks great. I've only gained 1 lb! Whooo Hoo!! We heard the heartbeat and got all of our questions answered. I've had really horrible acid reflux this time around. It is making me really sick at night and I have tried every medication that I can take for pregnancy. My doctor said that's all I could do. I was not wanting that answer! I did however find that Zantac is completely safe during pregnancy and that you can double up on the dosage (prescription strengh) for higher impact! :) It really helped me last night and I had a "sick" free night.
Jackson came to the appointment with us and was not sure what was going on. He was really hyper and showing off for the doctor the whole time until he heard the heartbeat. We all just sat there quiet. It was like we were having this moment between the 3 of us. Kind of sweet....kind of weird. Ha. I have one more appointment before we find out what we are having!
For those of you who want to see pictures of me. I have nothing to give you. There is nothing to show and it's too embarrasing right now. I'm in the awkward bloated stage. It just looks like I need to do a lot of sit-ups. I promise I will take some when I actually start looking pregnant.

Drum Roll Please
Here are some very long overdue pictures. ;) Friday night we are having 20 people over for a meeting. IN my new house. In my not yet unpacked, nor put together, new house.
Oh yay.
Heartburn and Acid Reflux suck in pregnancy. Really....sucks. I am starting to feel much better. I had a horrible week last week, but things are looking up. I am starting to get really excited about the idea that we are having another baby. Pretty crazy to think that I will do this again. I am blessed. I'll be going to the doctor again next week. Will keep you updated.

We are moved!
We moved this past weekend. I love my house. Pictures are coming later on. :)
I am feeling a bit better, but still getting pretty sick at night. It's not fun. I want this to be over.
I used to get mad because Jason doesn't have any idea, but now I realize he suffers as much as I do. He has to put up with me, take care of Jackson and do a lot of everything else.
Jackson is going to be 2 in May! I have pictures of him to post too. He colored all over my new walls the 2nd day we were in the house. Yeah...it was a bad day for the both of us.
