Lately

As I've mentioned in a few posts, things have been happening so fast. It's been so crazy to see how God's hand has miraculously moved in this entire process. 

November 10th - House is Listed. 
November 12 - Offer is made. 
November 17th - Inspection done. 
November 19th - We get the report. Inspector off handedly tells buyers that the roof is a disaster and needs a replacement. Yikes!  We countered with a $500 roof allowance.  Jason and I remained calm and full of faith. (This is new for us.) Buyers agent called back accepting the offer.  Jackson also accepts Jesus into his life that night at the dinner table.  Thank you, Jesus!!1 
November 21st - Can't stop God. Roofer comes out, takes a look and says roof is fine. Repairs are minimal. 

In the meantime, the buyers are still excited and anxious.  They want to close ON DECEMBER 18TH. Holy cow!  We haven't yet found a house, but today something pretty incredible happened.  So we are waiting to see what comes of it. 

Also,  have I mentioned how amazingly miraculous this has been? 

This was Jason's verse at the beginning of all this life change, craziness.  Excited to see what's next.
