One of our favorite spots at The Grotto.Our trip to Portland was amazing. Jason and I had such a wonderful time spending some much needed time together and really getting a chance to reconnect with God. It truly was the best trip I've ever been on. It's amazing how God speaks to you when you are listening. :)
We were able to vistit the zoo, eat at some amazing restaurants, drive up to Multnomah Falls, and shop at the Pearl District. There was so much more we did, but those are just some of the highlights. Oregon is just a beautiful place to be. I would definitly go back. One thing I have to remember is that I need to make more space.....more space to rest, more space to hear from God, more space to just enjoy life. In Oregon I really was able to take some time to pray about some things going on in my life and just felt so refreshed coming back. I am just grateful to have a God who loves me and cares about me enough to listen to the small things.
I don't have to go to Portland to hear from Him though. That's the challenge for me this week!
